At the reception was Manikandan with another staff, very helpful, extremely polite, charming . Making everything easy & welcoming once you put a foot on the property. Also they get you all kind of info about anything, cabs, tours , etc. Room very clean and big. Peace and quiet.

Breakfast was tasty. Location was central. We appreciated the concern and help the Hotel staff was willing to give us. We had to extend our stay and the staff was very accommodating of our needs and requirements. Even offered services before closing time in the kitchens to make sure my son could have his milk before bed. They were all very friendly with my son and he enjoyed talking to them every day. Thank you for helping us load our luggage as we were leaving too. Namaskaram!

Customer service was terrific. The rooms were comfortable and clean. It was not close to where we needed to be every day, but they helped us arrange the taxi for a fair price. Breakfast was amazing.

Rooms are very spacious. Mattresses, WCs are clean. It’s close to the city center and there are couple of good restaurants next to this hotel that saved my time. The hotel staff can speak English. If I have to recommend between Ibis (Accord hotels) and Seetharam, I would suggest Seetharam.

Location, Comfortable , facilities, clean ,family hotel. Very good service. Isha is 1 hour 10 min car ride from here also Kovai Coutralam(Siruvani falls) is 1 hour 20 min ride in car. Overall good hotel for family & kids, do not choose b'fast complimentary have it yourself in Ananthas next to you

I was not served breakfast since it was not included in my package. Hotel room is very clean. staff there also very helpful.
